I’m just a girl living a creative life
As long as I can remember I have been drawn to many forms of art making from rock painting as a young child to jewelry making, photography and repurposing furniture as I grew older. Lately mixed media and painting have been calling my heart. For me, it’s a combination of so many techniques I adore such as stamping, stencils, layering, drawing and the use of inspiring mantras.
I’m not quitting my day job (career) any time soon however I enjoy being a hungry hotelier by day and a starving artist by night! I can stay up for hours and hours art making in my studio (aka basement). It fuels my creative fire and feeds my curious imagination!
All of my artwork is one of a kind and shares an inspiring story behind many layers of paint, ink, vintage paper, stencils and other playful mediums. I sell my original art on Etsy.
I was fortunate enough to discover my passion for art very young in life thanks to my wonderful mom who always encouraged me to discover and be curious with all kinds of art projects growing up. She took notice of the light inside me that would shine bright when given the opportunity to create and nurtured my light throughout my childhood years – thanks mom!
I’m excited to now host an online studio where I can share my enthusiasm for art, love for creativity, passion for hospitality and my cottage crush in the West Mitten where I do some of my best art work!
